Pankaj Dhanuka

Co-Founder & Director

As co-founder and chief executive officer of Fusion, Pankaj Dhanuka is responsible for Fusion’s strategy for growth and profitability, Sales and marketing, finance, technology as well as for the vision for the brand. Since the very beginning, Pankaj has guided Fusion towards success with his astounding business development skills, finance, and growth strategies as well as his brand vision. Under his regime, Fusion continues to grow into one of the fastest growing outsourcing service providers in the world. Originally from India, Pankaj is a Chartered accountant from ICAI. He graduated from St. Xavier’s College with a degree in accounting and business management.

Kishore Saraogi

Co-Founder & Director

Kishore Saraogi is the co-founder and director of Fusion. He is responsible for Fusion’s operational and financial strategy, technology, acquisitions, and expansion. Kishore brings over ten years of management experience to Fusion. His operational management skills, the ability to think outside the box and the ability to find easy and cost-effective solutions have helped Fusion become a leading name in the outsourcing industry. Under his guidance, Fusion has experienced robust growth both in terms of expansion and revenue. Originally from India, Kishore is a finance graduate from St. Xavier’s College, University of Calcutta.

Ganesh Marve

Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer

Ganesh Marve heads global Marketing function, and besides that, he has the charter to use business transformations initiatives for company growth. Prior to this, he worked with leading Telecom - Media-Technology companies (Tech Mahindra America, Reliance, Tata) across the USA, India, Middle East, and Africa. He is a marketing professional with 20 years of experience in conceiving and implementing innovative ideas that fuel marketplace presence and drive revenues, exceeding industry benchmarks. He has unmatched expertise in product management (25 Plus products from concept to Launch), business strategies, digital technologies. He led, developed, executed high-decibel marketing assignments managing KPI's like Net Promotor Score, Customer market share, ROI driven marketing programs. He is a beautiful combination of techno-commercial mind. From a community support perspective, he is a regular mentor to startups focusing on AI, IoT, and data analytics in marketing ideas.

Ritesh Chakraborty

Chief Service Officer

Ritesh holds an overall experience of 25+ years and has been associated with us since inception of the organization. As a CSO, he spearheads the Global Service Delivery and Business Operations for North America and Latin America. He is also responsible for Global Shared Support Services like IT, Work Force Management, Business Analytics and Transitions.

Matt McGeorge

Global EVP - Retail & Home Services SBU

Matt joined us in 2009 and is presently responsible for the overall North America operations and business development. With nearly two decades of customer service and sales experience, Matt offers detailed insight and realistic solutions to meet client program needs while surpassing expectations. He brings professionalism and integrity to every project as he puts client needs first. Additionally, as part of the global leadership team and Matt works with the international team to develop and execute the organizations' strategic initiatives. In his tenure, Matt has immersed himself in the business learning every nuance of the organization from call center operations to client services. In every capacity, Matt has demonstrated a thorough understanding of the day-to-day operations and program management with a proven record of meeting or exceeding client goals and expectations. He has held several key positions during his time, including Account Manager, where he was responsible for one of our largest non-profit clients, Call Center Director, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of our North Carolina call center and Business Development Manager, where he's successfully brought on new business partnerships across multiple industries. Matt studied Business Administration and Management at both The University of Akron and Stark State Technical College.

Global Chief Human Resource Officer

He has over 29 years of experience in the HR industry, coupled with a hands-on experience in policy formulation and implementation, and industrial and employee relations. A firm and staunch believer & practitioner of “PEOPLE COME FIRST BEFORE STRATEGY,” he has mastery of statutory compliance and administration, along with a solid track record of driving business strategy successfully, business and cultural transformation, leading large teams and creating a work environment that enhances productivity as well as employee, customer and shareholder satisfaction.

Prior to Fusion, Basab has been associated with Ison Xperiences Ltd, Spice Communication & BPO Ltd, Jubilant Food Works Ltd, Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd, Supportscape Inc, Ambience India, Aptech Ltd, and United Parcel Service (UPS) in various HR leadership Roles. His proven ability towards scaling startups to become large businesses; turning around non-profitable businesses into profit centers; leveraging a deep understanding of global markets; sharp financial acumen; empathetic leadership have earned him many awards and accolades, including, CHRO of the Year award in Global HR Excellence Awards 2022 and Most Powerful HR Professional of India award in Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards – 2010.

Amitabh Vartak heads the healthcare & life sciences vertical for Fusion globally, with over twenty-five years of experience in the outsourcing space. A result driven senior professional with proven success track record across various facets of service delivery within the customer service domain and the capability to foster a productive a partnership with internal stake holders & clients through strategic planning. Prior to Fusion Amitabh has held leadership positions in various organizations like Sutherland, Minacs, Concentrix & Access Healthcare and has successfully led large teams globally providing value addition in working with several Fortune 500 organizations.

Andrew Wilmott

Global President - Utility & HTG SBU

Prior to joining us at Fusion, Andrew Wilmott has more than 20 years’ senior executive sales, service delivery, and business development experience, selling BPO, software and consulting into the telecom, communications, consumer electronics and digital verticals.

Passionate about creating scalable solutions that drive company success, Andrew has significant expertise in sales, delivery, and account management. He has led the entire account management and service delivery functions for both a private and a public company, run full P&Ls ranging from $25M to $200M, and grown accounts from $3M to $200M in annualized revenue. Andrew has run global delivery organizations in the USA, India, the Philippines, the Caribbean, and Central America, and is known for his expertise in solution creation and complex problem-solving.

Customer-obsessed, Andrew has created long-standing customer engagements with Fortune 50 clients and is adept at efficient software and services delivery to Fortune 500 customers. He has sold more than $500M in call center, staff augmentation, and integration services and negotiated $5M to $270M contracts with C-suite, supply chain, and BU leaders.

Andrew received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Graduate Certification in the Application and Management of Information Technology from the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada. He has been happily married to Brandy since 2004, has two boys, and lives in Long Valley, NJ.

With a firm interest in building & working on CX maturity models, his prime focus has always been bringing businesses closer to end customers. His promising careers spans across companies like Conneqt, Edelweiss, Star Union Daiichi life, SBI General, Reliance BPO & Wipro BPO.
