Pankaj Dhanuka

Co-Founder & Director

As co-founder and chief executive officer of Fusion BPO Services, Pankaj Dhanuka is responsible for Fusion’s strategy for growth and profitability, Sales and marketing, finance, technology as well as for the vision for the brand. Since the very beginning, Pankaj has guided Fusion towards success with his astounding business development skills, finance, and growth strategies as well as his brand vision. Under his regime, Fusion continues to grow into one of the fastest growing outsourcing service providers in the world. Originally from India, Pankaj is a Chartered accountant from ICAI. He graduated from St. Xavier’s College with a degree in accounting and business management.

Kishore Saraogi

Co-Founder & Director

Kishore Saraogi is the co-founder and director of Fusion BPO Services. He is responsible for Fusion’s operational and financial strategy, technology, acquisitions, and expansion. Kishore brings over ten years of management experience to Fusion. His operational management skills, the ability to think outside the box and the ability to find easy and cost-effective solutions have helped Fusion become a leading name in the outsourcing industry. Under his guidance, Fusion has experienced robust growth both in terms of expansion and revenue. Originally from India, Kishore is a finance graduate from St. Xavier’s College, University of Calcutta.

Kishore Saraogi is the co-founder and director of Fusion BPO Services. He is responsible for Fusion’s operational and financial strategy, technology, acquisitions, and expansion. Prashant Khandelwal

Chief Finance Officer

Prashant is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost & Management Accountant. He has over 26 years of rich experience in rendering consultancy services to diverse client base across a wide range of industries. Prashant has accumulated rich experience in handling various consultancy assignments in fields of mergers & acquisition advisory, due diligence reviews, valuations, business plan preparation, India entry advisory and Investment abroad etc. He also has experience of handling critical tax, transfer pricing and transaction advisory engagements.

Ganesh Marve

Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer

Ganesh Marve heads global Marketing function, and besides that, he has the charter to use business transformations initiatives for company growth. Prior to this, he worked with leading Telecom - Media-Technology companies (Tech Mahindra America, Reliance, Tata) across the USA, India, Middle East, and Africa. He is a marketing professional with 20 years of experience in conceiving and implementing innovative ideas that fuel marketplace presence and drive revenues, exceeding industry benchmarks. He has unmatched expertise in product management (25 Plus products from concept to Launch), business strategies, digital technologies. He led, developed, executed high-decibel marketing assignments managing KPI's like Net Promotor Score, Customer market share, ROI driven marketing programs. He is a beautiful combination of techno-commercial mind. From a community support perspective, he is a regular mentor to startups focusing on AI, IoT, and data analytics in marketing ideas.

Vice President and Chief Technology Officer - Global IT

Vinod Pol is Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for global IT at Fusion BPO Services. He is responsible for delivering technology support and solutions that enables the company to serve its clients more effectively and for providing Internal IT and security services across the enterprise. His focus remains on improving IT processes and practices that enable an organization to gain a competitive advantage. Vinod comes from a core technology background with 25+ years of IT industry experience in infrastructure and security domain. He worked prior for IT/ITeS companies like Mphasis, Unisys, Altisource in various roles managing technology leadership, operations, engineering, and architecture. Vinod holds Bachelor of Engineering degree in electronics and few IT professional certifications.

Ritesh Chakraborty

Vice President - Global Service Delivery & Operations

Ritesh Chakraborty is the Vice President - Operations at Fusion BPO Services. Ritesh holds an overall experience of 20 + years and has been associated with us since inception of the organization. During his journey with us he has headed Operations, IT, Sales & Marketing, RTA/WFM and Quality, proving himself to be a committed company advocate. He has played key role in several business transitions. His energy, enthusiasm and outstanding leadership skills have consistently improved versatile deliverables of the organization.

Ritesh Chakraborty is the Vice President - Operations at Fusion BPO Services. Ritesh holds an overall experience of 20 + years and has been associated with us since inception of the organization. During his journey with us he has headed Operations, IT, Sales & Marketing, RTA/WFM and Quality, proving himself to be a committed company advocate. Matt McGeorge

Executive Vice President, NALATAM

Matt joined us in 2009 and is presently responsible for the overall North America operations and business development. With nearly two decades of customer service and sales experience, Matt offers detailed insight and realistic solutions to meet client program needs while surpassing expectations. He brings professionalism and integrity to every project as he puts client needs first. Additionally, as part of the global leadership team and Matt works with the international team to develop and execute the organizations' strategic initiatives. In his tenure, Matt has immersed himself in the business learning every nuance of the organization from call center operations to client services. In every capacity, Matt has demonstrated a thorough understanding of the day-to-day operations and program management with a proven record of meeting or exceeding client goals and expectations. He has held several key positions during his time, including Account Manager, where he was responsible for one of our largest non-profit clients, Call Center Director, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of our North Carolina call center and Business Development Manager, where he's successfully brought on new business partnerships across multiple industries. Matt studied Business Administration and Management at both The University of Akron and Stark State Technical College.

Paul R. Trihey

Executive Vice President - Europe, Middle East & Africa

Paul is an innovative and dynamic business leader with broad experience in guiding Business Analytics, Operations, Strategic Development, Team Mentoring, Contract Negotiations, and Customer Experience. Paul’s area of expertise is the development of strategic operational plans aimed at maximizing the Customer Experience within the UK and EMEA stable of accounts. With over 30 years’ experience in Customer Service, Paul is also well positioned to lead the Fusion BPO Services team in the UK and the EMEA, forge new relationships with clients across this important region and ensure the implementation of Fusion BPO Services’ strategy to become one of the industry’s pre-eminent service providers in this exciting global industry.

President, APAC

Makesh heads the APAC business covering India , Philippines , Thailand and Indonesia along with the digital Utility vertical of India . In his previous roles he has been a CEO for the last 6 years building and scaling large organisations . Proven achievements in Business development, building high value client relations and operations in both B2B and B2C segments in product sale and service industries, with 25+ years of experience as an effective people leader with great ability to motivate people and teams to achieve performance goals and productivity metrics. Successfully lead large M&A in his experience .

Jeanie Vazquez

Senior Director HR, NALATAM & EMEA

Jeanie Vazquez is the Senior Director of HR. She has over 19 years of experience in HR Management and Operations. Jeanie has led key growth initiatives and was instrumental in expansion in NALATAM. As country manager, she established and accelerated the growth of our operations in El Salvador. Jeanie’s growth-driven vision and her drive to constantly improve people-management processes make her a strong, insightful, and efficient leader.

Jeanie Vazquez is the Senior Director of HR. She has over 19 years of experience in HR Management and Operations. Jeanie has led key growth initiatives and was instrumental in expansion in NALATAM. As country manager, she established and accelerated the growth of our operations in El Salvador. Jeanie’s growth-driven vision and her drive to constantly improve people-management processes make her a strong, insightful, and efficient leader.
