Pankaj Dhanuka

Co-Founder & Director

As co-founder and chief executive officer of Fusion BPO Services, Pankaj Dhanuka is responsible for Fusion’s strategy for growth and profitability, Sales and marketing, finance, technology as well as for the vision for the brand.Since the very beginning, Pankaj has guided Fusion towards success with his astounding business development skills, finance, and growth strategies as well as his brand vision. Under his regime, Fusion continues to grow into one of the fastest growing outsourcing service providers in the world.Originally from India, Pankaj is a Chartered accountant from ICAI. He graduated from St. Xavier’s College with a degree in accounting and business management.

Kishore Saraogi

Co-Founder & Director

Kishore Saraogi is the co-founder and director of Fusion BPO Services. He is responsible for Fusion’s operational and financial strategy, technology, acquisitions, and expansion.Kishore brings over ten years of management experience to Fusion. His operational management skills, the ability to think outside the box and the ability to find easy and cost-effective solutions have helped Fusion become a leading name in the outsourcing industry. Under his guidance, Fusion has experienced robust growth both in terms of expansion and revenue.Originally from India, Kishore is a finance graduate from St. Xavier’s College, University of Calcutta.

Prashant Khandelwal

Chief Finance Officer

Prashant is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost & Management Accountant. He has over 26 years of rich experience in rendering consultancy services to diverse client base across a wide range of industries. Prashant has accumulated rich experience in handling various consultancy assignments in fields of mergers & acquisition advisory, due diligence reviews, valuations, business plan preparation, India entry advisory and Investment abroad etc. He also has experience of handling critical tax, transfer pricing and transaction advisory engagements.

Partho Choudhury

President - Ameridial Inc.

Partho leverages his 25+ years of marketing, sales and operations expertise to benefit Ameridial customers. He utilizes his extensive experience to lead the Ameridial Executive Team. Partho previously served as Senior Manager at BCE Inc., Sprint PCS, CareerBuilder.com, Pfizer, Sara Lee and Proctor & Gamble. He also founded Customer Advisors International, integrated into Ameridial in January 2005. As President, Partho currently sets Ameridial’s strategic direction. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Ritesh Chakraborty

Vice President - Operations

Ritesh Chakraborty is the Vice President - Operations at Fusion BPO Services. Ritesh holds an overall experience of 20 + years and has been associated with us since inception of the organization. During his journey with us he has headed Operations, IT, Sales & Marketing, RTA/WFM and Quality, proving himself to be a committed company advocate. He has played key role in several business transitions. His energy, enthusiasm and outstanding leadership skills have consistently improved versatile deliverables of the organization.

Ritesh Chakraborty is the Vice President - Operations at Fusion BPO Services. Ritesh holds an overall experience of 20 + years and has been associated with us since inception of the organization. Matt McGeorge

Executive Vice President

Matt joined Ameridial in 2009 and is presently responsible for the overall North America operations and business development. With nearly two decades of customer service and sales experience, Matt offers detailed insight and realistic solutions to meet client program needs while surpassing expectations. He brings professionalism and integrity to every project as he puts client needs first. Additionally, as part of the global leadership team and Matt works with the international team to develop and execute the organizations' strategic initiatives. In his tenure with Ameridial and Fusion, Matt has immersed himself in the business learning every nuance of the organization from call center operations to client services. In every capacity, Matt has demonstrated a thorough understanding of the day-to-day operations and program management with a proven record of meeting or exceeding client goals and expectations. He has held several key positions during his time, including Account Manager, where he was responsible for one of our largest non-profit clients, Call Center Director, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of our North Carolina call center and Business Development Manager, where he's successfully brought on new business partnerships across multiple industries. Matt studied Business Administration and Management at both The University of Akron and Stark State Technical College.

Eric Pittman

President, Vital Solutions, Inc.

Prior to becoming President in 2016, Eric served as CFO of Vital Solutions from company’s inception in 2002. Vital is an international accounts receivable management firm, operating a nationally licensed collection agency. Vital plays a strategic role as part of Fusion BPO Services - ranked among the world’s most diversified BPO companies. Eric’s experience prior to Vital includes more than a decade of financial services management ranging from business start-ups, exits, M&A, crisis turnaround, and management with fortune 500 companies. Eric has a long history of community service volunteer engagement, both domestic and international, including multiple non-profit boards. Eric graduated from the University of West Georgia in 1994, with a degree in Finance.

Lalita Sinha

Director - Human Resources

Lalita Sinha is the Director - HR at Fusion BPO Services. She has over 23 years of HR Management experience with background of repeated success, implementing best practices and building successful HR department from the ground up. Her career started with NIIT Ltd and thereafter worked for RPG Retail Group and other Contact Center. She is a CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resource) and SHRM-SCP. Also earned her Post Graduation degree in Human Resource from North Maharashtra University. She is a certified Lead Auditor of ISO 27001:2013 from British Standard Institution.

A certified Project Management professional, holding Post Graduate diploma in Business Management with 17 years’ experience in various management and Service delivery lead positions managing P&L, Operations management, Client Relationship, Transitions management, Project Management, CRM conceptual designing, Solution designing across different sectors like Insurance, Telecom, BFSI, F&B, Consumer electronics, E-commerce.

Director Quality Assurance and Business Excellence

Suresh is the Director Quality Assurance and Business Excellence - Fusion BPO. He has 19 Years + work experience and worked with eminent organizations like Taixila Info Technologies, Minacs. His last engagement has been with Vindhya E Info Media as Associate Vice President : Business Excellence . He has rich experience managing Business Excellence, Process Enhancement, COPC Framework, Bottom-line improvement, Six Sigma Initiatives, P&L Management, Process Re- Engineering, Training & Development etc. He has completed Diploma in Electronic Instrumentation & Control, Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and is pursuing PGDBM in Business Excellence.

Prasun Das is the Global Director of Fusion’s WFM, Transition and Transformation Team. With him he brings 15+ years of experience across multiple roles like Strategic Planning, Business Analysts, Transition within Healthcare, Telecom, Technology and Media verticals. He brings forth a unique set of knowledge and skillset, which include an in-depth understanding of business processes, structured methodologies and good leadership capabilities.

Prasun Das is the Global Director of Fusion’s WFM, Transition and Transformation Team. With him he brings 15+ years of experience across multiple roles like Strategic Planning, Business Analysts, Transition within Healthcare, Telecom, Technology and Media verticals. He brings forth a unique set of knowledge and skillset, which include an in-depth understanding of business processes, structured methodologies and good leadership capabilities.

Paul R. Trihey

Executive Vice President - Europe, Middle East & Africa

Paul is an innovative and dynamic business leader with broad experience in guiding Business Analytics, Operations, Strategic Development, Team Mentoring, Contract Negotiations, and Customer Experience. Paul’s area of expertise is the development of strategic operational plans aimed at maximizing the Customer Experience within the UK and EMEA stable of accounts. With over 30 years’ experience in Customer Service, Paul is also well positioned to lead the Fusion BPO Services team in the UK and the EMEA, forge new relationships with clients across this important region and ensure the implementation of Fusion BPO Services’ strategy to become one of the industry’s pre-eminent service providers in this exciting global industry.

As Vice President of Client Services, she leads the Program Management and Implementation groups. Clients appreciate her experience and strategic insight into the success of a program. Topaz joined Ameridial in 1991 and has played several roles in supporting excellence in client service. As a Program Manager with Ameridial, Topaz managed a major wireless telecommunications reseller for inbound customer care and sales. She also coordinated inbound customer care for a major eye healthcare service, with Ameridial providing benefit explanation and provider locator services. Topaz successfully managed programs with annualized revenue of $8+ million. Her experience and tenure with Ameridial has helped the company excel. Topaz has an Associate’s Degree in Marketing Management.

Terri fulfills a critical executive role overseeing all facets of service delivery across the organization, with accountability for P&L across multiple client accounts, call center sites, and delivery teams. Prior to assuming the role of Vice President of Operations for Ameridial Inc, Terri achieved experience driving positive outcomes across Operations Leadership, Call Center Operations, Delivery Management, Risk Management, HR Management, Executive Leadership, and Process Improvement in multiple roles with Ameridial Inc and InfoCision Management Corporation positioning herself as a key member of each company and a driving force for growth. Rajan joined Fusion in 2004 and is responsible for global technology operations, as well as our innovation roadmap and expanding intellectual property footprint. His educational background includes master degree in Telecommunication and has extensive experience in Telecom , Network topology, mergers and acquisitions integrations, and technology transformations. Rajan provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure information technology environment throughout the company.

Finance Controller

Over 9 years of relevant work experience with key responsibility areas including corporate controllership, treasury, tax, financial reporting, strategic planning & analysis. Armed with an MBA in International business with specialization in Finance, currently championing M&A and financing transactions along with Legal matters and location scouting for Greenfield projects.

Rahul Singh

Site Head - El Salvador

Rahul Singh is the Site Head, based out of El Salvador. He has an experience of 7 years in the contact center verticle. He had been associated with Fidelity Investments, Drishti Soft and Lgorithm Solutions before SupportSave. He holds a MBA & PGPM degree in Sales & Marketing from Mysore University.
