The year 2013 has been a great year for Fusion BPO Services. This year, we have acquired Phocus Contact Solutions Inc, a Montreal based provider of the outsourced contact center solutions to the North American customers. We have grown in terms of experience and are on the threshold of completing 10 years in the BPO industry. The ISO certifications prove to be the icing on the cake.
