Fusion BPO will be providing inbound customer service for a large online retailer of wireless telephone accessories. The contract will be supported from one of Fusion BPO's India centers.
Fusion BPO awarded transcription contract
Fusion BPO has been awarded a transcription services contract by a US based technology firm working with major telecom companies. Fusion BPO agents will transcribe voice mail messages and send the transcribed messages back to customers in the form of email or text message. Fusion will service this contract from India and it is expected to grow to 75 agents.
