Michael O Neil is one person who has been there with the company since its early days . His experience in the organization is extensive, including business planning, finance, vendor management and operations. Currently, his main responsibilities include the direct involvement in account management and business development. Before joining Fusion BPO Services, Michael worked as a consultant for logistics and the outsourcing companies. He earned his Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He has his Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering.
