Other practices that draw women to a call center is its recent attention to anti-harassment policies, healthcare and awareness programs. A modern call center also houses a women’s lounge and arranges for recreational activities focused on women. Women are enjoying an equal footing in the BPO industry as there is a consciousness about their vital role in upholding social structure.
