According to the officials, the new call center will be acting as one centralized point whereon the consumers will call to book a table or order food for home delivery. Customers will be able to make calls in order to avail the services from any of the Burger King restaurant in the United Arab Emirates.The Burger King has recruited a group of call center agents, who are fluent in Arabic and English. These executives have been allocated the task to assure customers thereby receiving the complaints and also answering the queries. The General Manger of the First Food Services pointed out that the beginning of the call center have brought about a fresh new change, where the customers of the Burger King; UAE will now be able to place the orders irrespective of the locations of the restaurants.
