The satisfaction level among call center services in the domestic call centers is good and bad news at the same time. The good or the bad depends upon the point of view that you want to look from. If you are looking at the domestic BPO scenario that is not working out because of the offshore industry, this comes off as good news. However, if you are looking at it from the offshore call center aspect, you may feel threatened that the work may dry up in these offshore units. But such a scenario was always in the air. In fact, the offshore units were trying to live up to the expectations of the business firms in countries like USA and UK. So this new hurdle is not that powerful.
